Finisterra means "the end of the land" and it is - you can not build higher up the slopes than this. Magnificent views of theTucson city lights, and with the National Forest as your backyard, what's not to like? So high it snows in the winter, and is cooler in the summer. Elevation at the Gatehouse is 3800 feet, with all the homes higher than that.

There are only 169 existing Tucson homes in the neighborhood. Townhomes prices start at $400,000 (none currently listed for sale). Fabulous homes range from $825,000 to $2,000,000.

Finisterra is in Catalina foothills School District 16, which some folks rate very highly.
